You can set auxiliary device parameter in
System-Device Utility following your application.
This is
analog output configuration to control external device. You can define the max
and min value for external device (Flow controller, temperature controller, Rotator etc.).
If you select 1~5V (4~20mA) and output signal
is current (4~20mA) then you need to prepare 250ohm resistor and connect it as
the follows.
Examples
If you want to control MFC by analog signal in
Smart Manger software, and MFC specification is input voltage 0-5V or input
current 4-20mA for 0-400slm, then you can select type as 0-5V or 1-5V (4-20mA).
Change Device minimum value as 0 and Device max
value as 400 and click ¡°save channel info¡± button
If you want to control 200slm flow rate in
Smart Manager software;
Then smart manager will control 200 slm flow
rate for MFC.
If you want to control ALS¡¯s RRDE-3A rotator, you
need to connect Aux Out1 (analog output)¡¯s positive lead to IN and negative
lead to GND port at Rotator¡¯s rear panel.
The
RRDE-3A specification is 90-8000RPM following 1000RPM per 1V.
Select type as 0-10V and Change Device minimum
value as 0 and Device max value as 10,000 and click ¡°save channel info¡± button
Caution: Even if Rotator¡¯s specification is Max
8000 RPM and Min 90 RPM, Do not input 90 for Device Min and 8000 for Device max
because the rotator¡¯s specification is 1000RPM per 1V.
Note1: Input signal range for external device
must be max +/-10V.
Note2: You do not need to recalibrate Aux Out.
Do not change default value (Device max 250, Device min
-250)
The instrument was configured and calibrated as
+/-250C.
If you change temperature input range, you must
modify circuit and recalibrate temperature.
Please contact with WonATech or local
distributor.
This
is analog input configuration for external device signal monitoring.
You can define the max and min value from
external device signal (Flow
controller, temperature controller, Rotator etc.).
You can select type. (Please refer to external
device¡¯s signal output)
u Normal: +/-10V
u 1-5V(4-20mA)
u 0-5V
u 0-10V
Note: If external¡¯s signal output is 4-20mA,
then select 1-5V (4-20mA) in type selection and
prepare 250Ohm resistor as the follows
Examples
If you
want to monitor
pH value from pH monitor/controller etc., connect Aux signal terminal to pH
monitor¡¯s signal output.
Select type following pH monitor¡¯s signal out specification.
If pH controller¡¯s signal output range is 4-20mA and pH range is -2 to 16 then
select 1-5V (4-20mA) in type selection.
Change
Device minimum value as -2
and Device max value as 16
and click ¡°save channel info¡± button
Then Aux data will show pH value (Displayed unit is Volt; Discard this unit)
4)
Temperature reading from temperature controller.
If
you want to monitor temperature value
from temperature controller, connect Aux signal terminal to temperature
controller¡¯s signal output.
Select type following temperature controller¡¯s
signal out specification. If temperature controller¡¯s signal output range is
0-10V and temperature range is -200 to 1200 then select 0-10V in type
selection.
Change
Device minimum value as -200 and
Device max value as 1200 and click
¡°save channel info¡± button
Then Aux data will show temperature value (Displayed unit is Volt; Discard this unit)
